It looks like 'Shadows in the Night' is going to be one of Dylan's worst albums to date, discounting the charity 'Christmas in the Heart'. A collection of drab 1940s/50s crooner songs badly arranged if 'Full Moon & Empty Arms' is anything to go by. Another folly like 'Down in the Groove'. I imagine that there are arguments going on as to whether to release it.
